Public Trust is New Zealand's largest trustee organisation, with over 430 staff in a wide range of roles including customer sales and service, estate and investment services, and legal or financial roles. The people who work here come from backgrounds as diverse as banking, nursing, teaching, legal and accountancy fields - and younger people often join us after finishing business courses.

So we look for people who are compassionate, relate well to others have a certain level of life skills - and who are prepared to go out of their way for others. We recognise that this doesn't come from formal qualifications, so if you're the right person we'll train you for the job.
Another very important quality you'll need is integrity. Much of our work involves managing and looking after our customers' money and assets. So integrity, honesty, trust and business acumen are all qualities we value and look for in our staff.
